Seeking support is one of the most courageous steps you can take. Whether you're navigating challenges as an individual, working through difficulties as a couple, or trying to find more connection with yourself or within your family, I offer a space where real, meaningful change is possible. Every service I offer is tailored to who you are and what you need.
Not sure where to start? Reach out and we can figure out together what kind of support makes the most sense for you.

Couples Therapy
Every relationship hits difficult seasons. Whether you're feeling disconnected, caught in the same arguments, or facing a significant breach of trust, couples therapy offers a structured, non-judgmental space to understand what's happening — and find a way through it together.

I work with couples navigating communication breakdowns, conflict, intimacy concerns, infidelity recovery, life transitions, and differences in values or expectations. Together we identify the patterns keeping you stuck, rebuild emotional safety, and develop practical tools for lasting change.

Whether your goal is to repair and deepen your relationship, find clarity about the future, or uncouple with care and respect — I'll meet you where you are.
Family Therapy
When one person in a family is struggling, everyone feels it. Family therapy creates a space where each member feels heard — and where new ways of understanding and relating to one another become possible.

I work with families facing conflict, communication breakdowns, parenting challenges, life transitions, behavioral concerns, and mental health stressors. The focus is on helping each person express themselves openly, understand one another's perspectives, and build healthier, more connected ways of being together.

Every family is different. This work is tailored to yours.

Parenting Support
Parenting is one of the most meaningful — and most demanding — roles there is. When your child is struggling emotionally, behaviorally, or with challenges like anxiety or ADHD, it can be hard to know how to help. Parenting support gives you the space to better understand your child's needs while building confidence in your own approach.

I work with parents navigating emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, behavioral concerns, family stress, and the everyday weight of raising children in a complex world. Together we strengthen the parent–child relationship, improve communication, and develop practical strategies that actually fit your family.

You don't have to figure this out alone.
Child & Caregiver Support (Ages 0-7)
The earliest years of a child's life lay the foundation for everything that follows. When young children experience emotional, behavioral, or developmental difficulties, it affects the whole family — and early, relationship-based support can make a profound difference.

I am trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), an evidence-based, trauma-informed approach that works with young children and their caregivers together. Rather than treating the child in isolation, CPP focuses on the caregiver–child relationship as the primary vehicle for healing and growth.

I support families navigating trauma, medical challenges, divorce or separation, significant loss, and other early stressors. If your young child seems dysregulated, hard to reach, or you simply feel at a loss — this work can help you feel closer, more confident, and more connected.

Individual Therapy
Life doesn't always give us warning before things get hard. Transitions, loss, anxiety, self-doubt, identity shifts, relationship struggles — sometimes the weight of it all makes it difficult to see clearly or move forward. Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and start building a life that feels more like your own.

I work with individuals navigating life transitions, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, cultural pressures, identity shifts, self-worth challenges, and relational difficulties. Together we explore the patterns holding you back, strengthen your sense of self, and develop tools that support clarity, confidence, and resilience.

My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and grounded in your unique strengths and goals. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply ready for something to feel different — this is a space where meaningful, lasting change is possible.
